ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a team of three. I spent 20 years owning and operating businesses before transitioning into the insurance industry as a State Farm team member and eventually becoming an agent. I’m a Fresno State graduate, and outside of work, I enjoy adventure - everything from mountain climbing to scuba diving.
Our agency is proud to support local youth and high school sports programs and enjoys staying connected to the families in our area.

As an Account Associate for Mike Contreras - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
